Steven is a commercial real estate professional in Atlanta, GA. He currently works at TPA Group, where he participates in a wide array of acquisition, disposition, and asset management activities for the Company’s portfolio of multifamily, industrial, and office assets. With 13 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, he has managed and overseen more than 5MM SF of real estate transactions across all major asset classes.
Prior to joining TPA Group in 2022, Steven was in the asset management group at Jamestown LP, a global real estate private equity firm. Steven started his career in the real estate assurance group at Deloitte and subsequently worked on the finance team at Novare Group, a national multifamily developer.
He received a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Georgia.
