Lisa’s role at Share the Magic is to expand our reach through board engagement, donor relations and staff development. In addition to her stewardship duties, she is responsible for managing the logistics and planning process for our signature fundraiser, A Magical Evening of Literacy.
She began her career in the convention and tourism industry in Atlanta, where she gained extensive experience in special event planning and logistics. She was hired by The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company as National Sales Manager and served in that capacity in Atlanta and Washington, DC.
In a professional pivot, Lisa joined Main Line International, Inc., a medical device sales company based in Wilmington, DE. as co-owner and Director of Marketing. In 1999, the corporation moved to Athens, Georgia.
With 30 years of marketing and management experience, Lisa began to explore her real passion. As an avid volunteer and advocate, she now has the time and experience to affect change with the nonprofit sector. As a graduate of the University of Georgia, Lisa was familiar with Share the Magic and is excited to expand her advocacy for youth and education.
